Contactless check-in failed completely!!! Had to rely on staff to resolve it, inconvenient. Bathroom tap situation was frustrating due to needing the shower on for warm water. Trash not collected , odd.

The Beautiful Twin Room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the modern QR code lock, even though it was a little annoying at times. The bathroom was amazing with a big shower-definitely a highlight! The location was very nice, right near the station and a 7-Eleven for snacks. Customer service was great too. They helped us quickly when needed!
